Desert was imported by Bluegables Miniature Horse stud and she went on to become one on New Zealand's top producing mares. Some of her foals being Bluegables Rowdy Remark, Bluegables Moonwalker, Bluegables Monarch's Moon Maiden, Bluegables Moonshine, Bluegables Rowdys Extreme Remark. The last three mentioned were exported to Australia. Desert was sired by USA National Champion under 28" "Brewers Moondust".
